Teflon spray to dispel the water and keep those parts moving parts running silky smooth and rust free. Spray some down the gear cables, pedal cleats and on the chain to keep things lubed after cleaning the bike. We also always have a can in the van for those after ride moments when you can't (be bothered to) wash the bike properly/straight away, but don't want it to rust up in the meantime.
