Nevis Range aka Fort William

Popularly known just as Fort William, the Nevis Range is in the Lochaber region of the Scottish Highlands. It’s best known for hosting the XC and DH world championships and being the only centre in the UK with a gondola.

The year of 2020 not only brought us Covid-19 but also some changes to the arrangement of the Nevis Range trails and in 2021, the opening of the longest Blue grade downhill run in the UK, the Blue Doon - see the video here

Gone are the set circular loops, replaced with a network of shorter sections of  trail which can be Mixed & Matched to customise your route choice, for a format similar to that of Bike Park Wales or a ski resort.
