Afan is home to 5 world class trails and made up of three bases. The first is Afan Forest Visitors centre itself. The second is the Glyncorrwg Ponds mountain bike trail centre a little down the road. The third is the Afan Bike Park with its numerous short downhill progressive runs. Afan took 3rd place on the 2014 Trail of the Year Awards.
