Sellaronda MTB Tour, Dolomites, Italy

Sellaronda MTB Tour explore the area of outstanding beauty around the Sella Group in the Dolomites, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At just under 60km but with the help of 14 ski lifts with the Dolomiti SuperSummer Card (and also with 20 e-mtb charging points) the tour still requires a good level of physical fitness and mountain biking experience, but thanks to the several chairlifts and cablecars the height difference to ride up by bike is relatively small in the clockwise direction, making it doable in a day, between 5-9 hours.

The Sellaronda MTB TOUR can be started from one of the four valleys around the Sella massif: Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Arabba or Val di Fassa.

Getting there: Coming from Brennero or from Verona, you reach Alta Badia via the motorway A22. Exit at Bressanone-Val Pusteria and continue until San Lorenzo, then turn right towards Val Badia. From Venice, on the motorway A27, exit at Belluno and follow the road that runs through Agordo, Alleghe, Arabba and Campolongo pass or drive along the Cadore valley to Cortina, to arrive in Alta Badia from the Falzarego pass. If you arrive by train, you can reach Belluno or Brunico, continuing the journey by bus to Alta Badia. The closest airports are in Bolzano, Treviso, Venice, Verona and Innsbruck.
