Puddletown Forest, near Dorchester, is a great place to explore and play on your MTB; with lots of fun natural singletrack trails, some short downhill runs and some jumps.
It constantly changes due to harvesting and can be quite tricky to find your way around the first few times, but look out for tell-tale tyre tracks and other rides. There is a nice cafe at the start/visitors centre.
