Redbridge Cycling Centre in Hainault, Essex, caters for all with Road, MTB and BMX/Pump tracks, as well as offering bike hire, repairs and servicing and coaching for all levels. See the website for charges to ride, hire and coaching, etc. There is also a cafe here.
- 3.3km MTB track with cross-country singletrack, finishing with either a fun descent with big berms and table-top jumps, or choose the pump track instead.
- The pump track is a steady decline, not flat, allowing good flow whatever your ability, and is full of dips, jumps and (rollable) doubles.​
