The Wyre Forest has a 7.5km long blue grade waymarked MTB trail which passes through this ancient oak woodland. Parking is available at the Visitor Centre which has with toilets, cafe, childrens play area, Go Ape and bike hire available from Bewdley Outdoors.
There is also a fully tarmaced pump track, around 150 metres, using the typical two-straights and two 180 degree berms.
Nearby, on the edge of the Wyre Forest you will also find Ribbesford Bike Park, with 3 downhill tracks.
