At 46 miles (74km) and not too much climbing (it is in Norfolk!) this ride can be done in a day, or taken more slowly, enjoying the sights, history and eateries along the way.
Beginning and ending at train stations, the route starts in Suffolk at Knettishall Heath Country Park and follows the route of a Roman road to Holme-next-the-Sea on the north Norfolk coast.
Providing a non-technical and flat route route, for a pleasant leisure ride, it is also well marked, and straight, so easy to navigate, and has good accessibility to nearby towns along the way too, making a good introductory off-road route for beginners.
