Burlish dirt jumps also known as ‘Project5’ and ‘The Project’ have been around for over 30 years, but now with a formal charity status this community led project is working with local schools, groups and organisations to help it grow (and survive).
The site is accessible 24/7 and aims to offer facilities such as toilets, a clubhouse and snack bar, with plans for 8 trails, suitable for all abilities from beginners to experts, a mountain bike skills development area and disability bikes. There will also be a children’s play area and forest school and it will host local community events and school holiday activities.
