Coast to Coast England

This 300km (190 miles) route is an off-road variation on a popular Coast to coast, from St Bees on the West coast to Robin Hoods Bay on the East, passing through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. Beautiful scenery and big hills guaranteed, and usually ridden between 4-6 days.

Tim Woodcock’s classic Wheelwright coast-to-coast route, officially starts in St Bees but you can start from Ravenglass and ride the Dunnerdale Fells, while the official route heads past Black Sail Youth Hostel and the spectacular Wasdale Head. Then it’s across the Howgills, Swaledale and across the flats to the North Yorkshire Moors.
