Lee Valley is internationally famous as the track cycling venue for the London 2012 Olympics.
The MTB trails here are used for skills and coaching sessions, but they can also be ridden at any time for a charge (currently £7).
There is also a BMX track, a road racing circuit and of course the Olympic Velodrome.
