Doddington Hall Estate is home to a 5km (3 mile) cross country bike ride known as Pickworths Plot. It passes through the countryside and nice woodland for a fun and not-too-technical ride. There is however also a jump run option as part of the trail, or to session separately, known as Mr Jarvis, an extreme graded jump run.

If weaving through the woods on your mountain bike is your cup of tea, then head to Giant Lincoln Bike Shop to sign on (it’s free!) and we’ll direct you to our secret mountain bike jump trail. You can park at the Hall and ride down on our private gravel roads and trails. It’s a great family ride on relatively flat terrain but there is also plenty to challenge more advanced riders with optional tabletop jump lines and sweeping berms.
