Date: Sat 13 Jun, 2020
Venue: Oxford City Centre, by the Radcliffe Camera
OxDURO is a self-supported no frills road-gravel ride held on the second Saturday of Oxford Bike Week each year. It is a gentle gateway into the national XDURO trials.
Start: 8am photo in front of the Radcliffe Camera
End: late afternoon at the Isis Farmhouse
Pre-ride drink & bivvy:
Some of us will meet up for a drink in The Tap on Friday night before the ride and then camp out/bivvy nearby - you're welcome to join providing you're respectful of the environment and leave no trace.
The ride will be run in XDURO format - 5 timed segments comprised of gravel and road. Lots of time for socialising in the non-timed bits. Rider with the lowest aggregate time over the segments 'wins'*.
