TransPyr has a mountain bike raid type format with a combination of timed and non-timed sectors in 7 consecutive stages. The timed sectors and non-timed sectors of each stage are decided according to traffic level, terrain profile, possibility of rescue, etc. Therefore the % of timed route of each stage may differ. With about 725 km of travel and approximately 17,400 meters of accumulated elevation in 7 stages, TransPyr has a unique identity among the mountain bike stage races being recognized as one of the most attractive in the world.
