The 7 Cities is a multi-day, bike packing adventure traversing the breathtaking landscapes and passing through each of the 7 cities of Wales, tackling a whopping 1,326km and around 20,000 meters of ascent!
This ultra cycling event offers a self-supported, mixed terrain challenge that will push even the most seasoned riders to their limits, with a route that suits mountain bikes or drop bar mountain bikes with 29x2.35 or wider tyres.
