Terre di Pisa trail, Italy


The Terre di Pisa Bike Trail is a 535km (332 miles) route with around 10,000 metres of climbing and 43% off-road is designed to showcase the best of the scenery and countryside in the south and east of the Italian city of Pisa. 

Exploring areas of central Tuscany, off the normal tourist routes and to the towns of Volterra and Montecatini Val di Cecina. It is possible to ride self-supported but there is also an organised event with bike hire companies, local accommodation providers, cafes & restaurants, transport providers, vineyards, olive oil farmers and other local businesses all involved to help with the logistics.
